On a paperlike backdrop, a purple kobold stands defiantly, holding a board shield nearly as tall as he is and as a replica of the holy symbol of Astilabor. He also holds a warhammer as tall as he is, and is wearing a light blue linen shirt under dragonscale mail armor. His scales form a darker bow tie shape across his collar bone, and he has a necklace of adaptation around his neck

Variant 2 of Eduardo is a little kobold!

Astilabor, according to Forgotten Realms Wiki, is the draconic god of wealth in the D&D multiverse, and it’s said she is responsible for dragons’ natural tendencies to build hoards. She’s treated more like a folk deity or superstition than one of the pantheon in her own right – her rituals and stamps often adorn hoards as a matter of protective luck. Eduardo though, is a dedicated cleric – wealth is the source of all good in the universe, and he’s out to make sure merchants earn a living, and everyone keeps their belongings properly secure.

Righting wrongs isn’t about doing good, it’s just that evil tends to cheat, or at least operate in the spirit of cheating – and he won’t have red in the multiverse’s ledger. Foes who would try to lure him with greed will readily discover that approach doesn’t work – treasure left out is treasure unsecured, and he will immediately try to find its owner to advise them on better security measures for their hoard.
